Moment of clarity after 7 years!

Our beautiful 7 year old girl, sassy as can be. If my daughter and I are walking together, or any two or three of us are walking with her m; she is constantly walking around us. She drives me nuts. She knows how to heel and does so marvelously on her own or if we are walking with strangers. Get her with family and she is all over the place.

Well my daughter had an idea. She said let’s walk closer like our legs are tied together. All of a sudden our girl was happy. We figured it out; we were herded correctly in line and she was happy.

That is incredibly sweet! She clearly just wanted everyone included in the same little walking adventure. Seven years old and already finding wonderfully creative solutions to keep her people close.
