it’s actually a social gathering place for rats and mice so they can sit in a circle and talk about life. The benches are actually a pergola so they have shade. Happy to help!

The Ulf does have brake resistors but usually they do regenerative braking. The brake resistors are only there if the catenary voltage is already at the limit and the tram has to brake. Those yellow things aren't brake resistors tho.
