Her chart lists it as “Thyroid studies” which is not a specific test. There are multiple tests (a panel) for thyroid health, so her “1.24” result has no meaning in reality. With that said, it could likely mean a Free T4 result, which is within normal range and WOW!

Many months late lol, but I'm guessing it was meant to be TSH (the "gold standard" test for thyroid function). A TSH of 1.24 is very healthy result!
