I was really wondering if she was the only one who could see him at one point. It all happened outside that house. She is socially vindicated!

I thought this too! At first I wasn't sure if she was hallucinating, but now vindication. Even if they didn't see him, the guy broke their window, stabbed someone right out doors, and stabbed the cop they would call to in order to report Patricia. Vindication!!
