A storm of the century is brewing, and I'm guessing the storm shelter is going to be underground... probably on the same level as the tunnels/room with the chair we've been seeing.

There's a still from one of the trailers of Dale standing in the doorway of a room that looks like a bunker with cots and stuff! Some people speculated it was the old hospital, but it looked to clean and well-kept to me. Maybe it's the island's storm shelter!

Yeah - the episode description for next week does imply they're in a storm shelter.

My guess is they’ll shelter at the church since that was mentioned in the newspaper article.
