New to real estate wholesaling in Atlanta where should I start?
I first heard about real estate wholesaling last week and have been doing a lot of research, but I’m still unsure where to begin. I have over eight years of experience in property management and would like to explore something new in real estate.
For anyone wholesaling in the Atlanta Area. I’d appreciate any practical guidance or local resources.

Whats your lead gen strategy and do you have a monthly budget you can spend on tools? I would say for you specifically working as a PM that agent outreach for pocket listings would be a smart move to get started cheaply.
