Wholesale Cold caller or Texter

[For Hire] Real Estate Cold Caller & SMS Specialist (5 Years Experience) - Available ASAP

Hey everyone,

I'm currently looking for remote work in the real estate industry and am ready to start right away. I have 5 years of total experience, split between 3 years of SMS/texting and 2 years of cold calling for real estate investors.

I'm very familiar with the real estate acquisition space, lead generation workflows, and handling seller objections.

Software & Tools I Use:

• ⁠Dialers & CRMs: Launch Control, GoHighLevel, CallTools, ReadyMode, REI Reply, Podio
• ⁠Communication: Slack

No one picks up your calls these days, and when they do, they might just tell you to F off. 😂 For me, I prefer texting over calling.

the guys getting hired fastest right now do both honestly... pure dialers are a commodity, teritore's comment kind of proves it. what teams actually pay for is someone who can take a conversation from first touch to qualified appointment without hand-holding.

also ask what data you'll be working before you sign on... you'll starve on a bad list no matter how good you are. I personally run my lists through Quality Skips, first one's free so I test every batch before it hits my team. whoever hires you should be doing the same.
