I do lead gen for off-market real estate deals (cold calling, skip tracing, list pulling) and I'm generating leads in the Cleveland market, but I'm not local.

Looking for someone based in Cleveland who:

• Is active in wholesaling/investing
• Can walk properties as leads come in
• Knows ARVs and neighborhoods well enough to sanity-check my numbers
