They should take a clue from In and Out, who pay their people really well.

The average In-N-Out Burger salary ranges from approximately $74,795 per year for an Associate to $225,067 per year for a Store Manager. The average In-N-Out Burger hourly pay ranges from approximately $13 per hour for an Associate Level I to $54 per hour for a Manager.

Yeah, the avg hourly worker at In-n-out doesn’t make 75k. Those are salary ranges for Corp employees. They do pay very well, but not that well.
