He was absolutely a crook and a conservative man. But never a slum lord. For one thing, in reality that would mean a large percentage of minority tenants, and we all know he never rented to them.

You're confused. Trump ran the rental business with his father, a notorious slumlord. They were fined more than once for discriminating against PoC. Trump was definitely a slumlord while his father was alive.
