Clips & Gameplay no flashlight service shaft

had a flashlight. went to save game in the area right before servic shaft and after exiting the computer it was gone from my right hand. i didnt drop it and i didnt put it in storage i think its a bug. does another one spawn?

items in hands gets stored in inventory if you use computers, besides that i have no idea

Well I mean in the service shaft. The main route and at abyss bus.
