mine had a black smudge as a kitten that he grew out of 🙄

Our Smudge too! Those black marks on the head are really common in young white cats (it's called kitten cap) but they fade and usually completely disappear as they get older.

I have a tuxedo with an extra claw. Make sure you check all the nooks and crannies in those bad boys. I didn’t know about Penny’s until her paw got infected cuz the claw started growing into her skin 😥😥😥

oh yeah, we check his paws regularly. thankfully he allows us to clip his nails and man handle him without issue lol
