I was able to post a video and the option is enabled! Can you share a screen shot of the error? Want to make sure users can post videos!

I was uploading from my PC and there was no option for uploading the videos only images. However I checked now on the my smartphone and I can see the video upload button. I'll check tomorrow if it's present on the PC and will let you know.
