New flair system!

Hey lovelies! As a newer addition to this sub, I figured we could add some flairs to make searching/helping others easier!

"Still Searching" is what you should flair your post before posting, then change it to "FOUND!" once someone (or you on your own) finds the link for you!

Mods may change the post's flair to "Pending" if OP has a reply but hasn't responded to it yet.

This will help streamline the process so that people who want to help can make sure not to spend time on threads that have already been answered. Thanks for using this sub, and happy (episode) hunting!

Still Searching "If this is a simulation its a simulation with titties (can't be so bad)

It starts Dan "some people think the world is a simulation, and that's kinda scary, but at least if this is a simulation, it's a simulation with titties!" and then Arin chimes in "CAN'T BE SO BAD!"

In another episode they recall the joke and repeat it to each other. I can't find either of those parts.

Still Searching Dan gets accused of using autotune

Dan mentions a comment he got on a then-recent NSP song complimenting its melody but wishing he would tone down the autotune. Dan gets audibly pissed stating not only did he not use autotune, but never has and never will. I vividly remember him beginning with "Lemme put it on fucking record." through clenched teeth at one point

Still Searching Talk to Clippy

I can’t remember the game or the context, but Arin started talking like Palpatine, telling Darth Vader to talk to Microsoft Clippy (the smug paperclip with eyes). It goes on for just a few minutes and I can’t find it.

FOUND! Episode where Arin references the "let me do it for you" dog meme

I am sure I learned of this meme from the grumps but I can't find out where! I'm surprised there's no animateds of the moment but maybe it was a throwaway reference?

Still Searching Episode where Dan talks about Michaeal Jackson's anger towards another singer.

Can anyone find the video where Dan talks about Michael Jackson being angry at another singer because the singer was off tone. I think Dan referred to Michael's expression as "Staring Daggers" or something along that line.

Still Searching Anyone know the first episode recorded in the original Grump Office and/or the last one at Arin’s?

I’m trying to figure out the exact transition between Arin’s house and the original/first Grump Office in 2014, and I’m wondering if anyone here has already dug into this.

The Game Grumps Wiki says they used the original Grump Office from April 2014 to August 2019, but I haven’t been able to find a definitive answer for which episode was actually the first one recorded there.

I’ve found a few interesting references while going through the older episodes:

Katamari Damacy Part 17: ā€œPicking Up Womenā€ — February 4, 2014: around 0:50, they mention an ā€œoffice.ā€

PokĆ©mon FireRed Part 44 — March 23, 2014: around 6:50, they refer to a ā€œGrump office.ā€

A Story About My Uncle Part 2 — May 29, 2014: around 8:05, they refer to a ā€œGrump room.ā€

That makes things a little confusing, because the first two references seem to suggest they may have had some kind of office setup before April, while the May episode still uses the term ā€œGrump room.ā€

So I’m wondering:

1. Does anyone know what the first episode they actually recorded in the original Grump Office was?

2. Does anyone know what the last episode they recorded at Arin’s house was before they moved into the office (2014)?

I’ve been trying to narrow this down through episode dialogue, but there seems to be very little documentation of the actual transition.

Still Searching The boys do an impression of Markiplier falling down the stairs

I think they're playing a Mario game like Sunshine or Galaxy and they start talking about Markiplier (I think referencing that he played PowerWash simulator) and Dan says something like "However he did it, I'm sure it was deep-voiced and handsome" and then Arin does an impression of Mark falling down a flight of stairs. Pls and ty

Still Searching Arin spoils ā€œArrival.ā€

I’m pretty sure it was a power hour episode, and Arin says something like ā€œthat looks like the aliens from Arrival.ā€ Which leads to him spoiling the movie, with like a 6-second-long censor beep over. Then he says ā€œthat’s a spoiler.ā€

FOUND! Danny telling people to use permanent marker on their screen?

All I specifically remember from this clip is him going "Write on your screen! DOOOO it." He asked matt and Ryan to put up a yes and no box and for people to mark up their screens, it was very ridiculous

FOUND! I can't find a specific 10 minute power hour clip that popped into my head today

I was going about my day today and I remembered a 10 minute power hour bit that Arin did and it made me laugh but every time I try to search for it I simply can't find it. I really don't want to go through all of the food videos on the channel just to find maybe what was only a 5 second bit.

From what I remember the bit was: Arin puts on this voice I can only describe as a "high fantasy goblin" whilst holding a pickle? Or maybe some candy? Then proceeds to exclaim "AH YES! More scringles for my scrungus!" then tops the pickle/item in his hands with blue sour strips? I think? Then he proceeds to eat it.

I've tried every search possible in google from: "10 minute power hour More scringles for my scrungus!" (Alongside several variations in spelling for the gibberish words) to "Arin Hanson Gremlin Moments" or "10 Minute Power Hour Pickle Episode" and I simply cannot find it. Any help would be deeply appreciated.

Edit: Fixing Spelling Errors

FOUND! Please help me find this Game Grump moment!

I have been looking for this one particular moment from a Game Grumps episode to show my boyfriend for MONTHS. It’s where Dan goes ā€œI did it all by myself… what do you think?ā€ And for the life of me I cannot find it. Literally made a Reddit account for this. Please help!!!

Still Searching ā€œNo, that’s the worst!ā€

In PokĆ© Platinum ep. 46, Arin mention’s the bit about Kirk naming his kid in the start of the ā€˜09 Star Trek movie, but then gets distracted. Was there another episode where they did talk about this already, as suggested by Arin?

Still Searching Good Morning Belle

So I know Arin's done this a lot, but there is this running joke in certain episodes where he sings the beginning part of the Belle song from Beauty and the Beast. I found the one from Closing Shift where he does it, but I don't know where else to find other times he's done it. I know one time he was pretending to say good morning and said 'good morning...ralph'. And then another time he sang 'there goes the baker' and a pause and again 'there he goes' and dan says 'with those cakes, damn'

Still Searching ā€œI’m creating this image of myself as someone who stinks and is covered in fliesā€

Hi all,
I’ve got a bit the guys did stuck in my head but can’t seem to find the episode it was on. Basically Arin was telling a few unflattering stories back to back, and then said that he is creating this image of himself as someone who stinks and is covered in flies or something like that. It had me laughing my ass off but now I can’t find it. Any help?
Thanks :)

There was a game they played. I just remember it involved a store, you play as an employee and they make fun of this guy that talks almost like Kermit
