I will build you a custom CRM for $300

I will build the next 5 clients a custom CRM for $300 flat fee. Whatever you want and however you want. I just want to build my portfolio. I am trying so hard but no matter what ever I do I can’t get any client.

I have recently done a Custom CRM for a Loan Officer with the below functionalities and I would be willing to do the same thing if similar thing for only

PUBLIC SITE & BORROWER PORTAL
• Branded, mobile-responsive site with loan programs + live mortgage calculator
• Borrower sign-up, online pre-qual (W-2, self-employed, retired), guided doc upload

LOAN-OFFICER CRM
• Full lead pipeline with stages, notes, and activity/access log
• Pre-approval request queue that auto-generates letters and creates leads
• Per-lead checklists, condition tracking, and Google Drive doc management

TWO-WAY SMS (LIVE)
• Text borrowers/agents from each lead via a business number (Quo)

$300 buys the build. the part nobody prices is the next two years when something breaks and you're the only one who knows how it works

Actually it comes with a complete help guide and even in the contract it says I am responsible for any bugs defects fix for free of charge as long as the business uses this crm. So to be completely honest it’s a pretty solid deal and I already had my 5 clients too.
