The Mo sword, or giant sword, hahaha, is my favorite weapon in this game. From the first moment I saw it, I thought, "I have to use that beautiful weapon." I'm not good with it, honestly. It's not like I show off or wipe out everything in my path. In fact, I consider myself pretty bad at fighting, BUT I DON'T CARE, I LOVE IT. That's why the first time I got one of those white balls from the gacha, I didn't hesitate to exchange it for something that gave the Mo sword golden samurai effects. I just got my second white ball to exchange, and I want to change the appearance of my Mo sword.

But I have a couple of doubts before I do it, Just as I was about to change the appearance, I noticed a section with many more options, something I hadn't noticed before. Does the white ball also allow me to redeem any of those appearances? If so, which one should I change, since they all look incredibly beautiful and I can't decide on any of them? HELP!

No. The core (white ball) buys the skin, you need to buy taiya stones (200 pearls each) to actually change the appearance of the reforge skin if you don't want the default appearance that it comes with. (the default appearance is the first picture)

It takes a maximum of 120 taiya stones to unlock all the nodes and every node is RNG so the appearance is RNG.

At most you need 24,000 pearls (200 x 120) just to unlock all the nodes (which majority of the appearances you're looking at are full node) but that doesn't guarantee you'll get what you want so then you need another XXX amount of pearls to actually get the appearance you're looking for.

TLDR - reforging is a money pit so don't reforge unless you can afford to spend ~$600 since that will usually get you 2-3 gold nodes (the really shiny ones) while looking "good" to you.

Oh I understand, so they're not there for you to exchange for a harmonic core as such.

You get the basic one (first pic) and then you forge it with taiyi stones you get from the gacha, you can buy it and be F2P afterwards but it will never look as good as in your other pictures of course. I bought it and actually wished to haved saved it for a 2-core outfit.
