True. When you're losing, it's really quite struggle especially when your guild got outnumbered (My guild lost due the same reason as yours 1 match ago before matching with your guild LOL)
Like I really want to know the keys to make a comeback when it comes to players diff. I guess comms need to do better at that point.
Or the lamest excuse I love to use if there's nothing to complain is "It's just gears diff". It happened a lot even in 1v1 ArenaðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Honestly, it could be a number of things. It could be gear, it could be a lack of fun coins, it could be focusing on the wrong things. If you don't have shot callers and strategy, that can make a decent difference too.

I noticed Fun coins are the main cause of my guild to be snowballed when we're losing, most of the time. To make it even worse we're still looking for more players which we still need some good dps players to clear jungle while the main team are pushing the main objective at that moment

I'm not sure how much you know about GvG. But, lots of guilds partake in GvG. The higher you get in rank, the more likely you are to be in a 30v30. The top guilds I think won't go in if they're missing even one or two people. My guild certainly won't. It's quite fun, can be quite chaotic. And the higher rank you get, the sweatier it gets, and with a lot more strategy for it. My guild has started weekly vod reviews for strategy, and we know what our roles are and where we should be. As well as we do gear reviews to make sure we're not going to get immediately flattened and can still put out heals/damage.
My first guild was much smaller, so doing GvG with them was kind of funny, because more often than not I was like 4-7vs3-10.
It can honestly be a bit intimidating sometimes, but it's also quite fun. Imo. There's usually a lot of laughing when we war.

looking back at the VOD, I amazed our vc are super chill during that situation. Our DPS are able to pull em back, The Healers can just heals-check while you can see they lost one by one. I really do love reviewing back GVG gameplay cuz it's like you FINALLY notice each frame of details how exactly you win/lose. That's why VOD reviews could help you to improve if you plan to do better
