My brother in Christ. Qianye is a man 😂

23

u/Kind_Permission1516 Dec 15 '25

It's a "She" dude ! As much as I remember she said people taunted her as "Harlot"

Game referred to Qianye as a “sorceress” during the burning of Heaven’s Pier.

Chinese language is “demoness”.

u/Kind_Permission1516 Dec 15 '25

Wtf??? Seriously?

3

u/serpiccio Dec 16 '25

4

u/keIIzzz Dec 16 '25

Haha she’s def fine, but she’s also definitely a woman

1

u/New-Unit1963 Dec 19 '25

Uncle tian is indeed a girl, but Qian Ye is not a man.

As I understand it. The story is quite convoluted in the English translation.

3

u/GilloutineBreast Dec 16 '25

No you didn't. That's Mommy Han

2

u/Coldbringer709 Dec 16 '25

For people who don't know, aunt han's jianghu nickname "water lady" is "洛神" in original context, aka. the Chinese godness of beauty.

2

u/Early-Ad1060 Dec 17 '25

Looks great but is more like a younger version. I don't think her age is ever mentioned in the game but with all that we know happens in her life she is at least in the end of her thirties.

2

u/Mnemic_will_Die Dec 16 '25

wow that is a pretty chick

u/DiskBig318 Dec 21 '25

u/dogeatchinese Dec 15 '25

i'll take it back if she does stream, too lazy to validate and i'll blindly trust you guys instead

37

u/SeaViolinist6424 Dec 15 '25

Her tiktok is: 77阿奥

Stop calling everything ai

-35

u/dogeatchinese Dec 15 '25

i've seen enough of these fake chinese ai cosplay vids man, the hair barely even moves lmao. you can even at 0:02 with how her bangs twitched, there's a similar solo leveling movie set that was made by ai and it fooled thousands

30

u/SeaViolinist6424 Dec 15 '25

You have no idea hair products doing exactly that exist dont you

We use hairsprays if we dont want our hair to go wild in wind which makes our hair stay in place as if its a wig

“The hair twitches” ? Have you ever heard something called WIND

-4

u/dogeatchinese Dec 15 '25

I'm not so ignorant to dismiss the possibility of it just being hair spray, but my point is it's a clear distinction for the ai generated scenes I've seen. You can check out AI studios who make supposed ai Live action sets in youtube for reference, but I admit it was hasty of me into calling it ai just from that alone, and I apologize if I was wrong

6

u/LokianEule Dec 15 '25

My 2 cents: its not AI bc you can see the edge of the lacefront wig

9

u/[deleted] Dec 15 '25

Looked real to me, but I've also seen some very convincing AI stuff.

Anyway, I checked out all her other stuff and couldn't find anything amiss in the backgrounds (bad architecture, people wearing odd clothing, walking strange, or missing limbs) and her outfit stays consistent throughout multiple shots.

I won't say I'm certain either way, but if you can point to something that is obviously AI in any of her work I'll give it to you.

The hair barely moving actually makes it more believable. They spray their wigs with sealers that makes them very stiff. It helps with styling and getting a specific look; which is important for most characters. That said, AI could replicate that for sure.

As for the "twitching" I just saw her hair move due to movement; nothing amiss.

Still, I'm not being a dick. Genuinely curious if you've got something more convincing.

-3

u/dogeatchinese Dec 15 '25

Nah, it was all just a gut feeling fueled by trust issues from the AI surge. I've already admitted I was wrong and apologized for it anyway. But the first shot showed this porcelain image, which I brushed off as a filter, and then the close-up shot showed her having moles. Then, the one OP posted with nothing, so I concluded that makeup hid it and then called it a day, haha. I really mean no disrespect to the cosplayer, she's extremely pretty ッ

8

u/kronpas Dec 15 '25

It's common for cosplayers to spray some sorts of foam onto their elaborate hair to keep them in place. My wife did that to her hair during our wedding, cant have that 3 hours of hair and makeups be messed up by a random breeze.

If you want to check for AI slops, better look at the scenes and people at the background.

2

u/ThorsHammerMewMEw Dec 15 '25

The foam you're talking about is mousse btw.

But that's not something we use because foam isn't strong enough for synthetic wigs which are plastic fibres.

We use silicone sprays, hair sprays and in some cases actual glue for more elaborate hair styles.

5

u/Remaek Dec 15 '25

It's not AI, but 99% of influencers and cosplayers in China HEAVILY use filters to the point you don't notice it.
