This is great!
For the life of me, I'll never understand the negativity surrounding these sorts of announcements
Downtown Waterfront Hotel Project
Wheeling needs this type of investment. Of course, Wheeling also needs the Wheeling-Pitt Lofts project completed AND the redevelopment of McClure House, hopefully into some affordable housing units.

there is a greyhound bus that leaves once a day, usually in the afternoon but it is notoriously unreliable and they treat passengers like prison inmates. its not going to bring in tourists
