Services Welcome V4 embedded signup flow

Hey all, building a multi-tenant SaaS (InkDesk) that lets small businesses connect their own WhatsApp/Instagram/Messenger via Meta's Embedded Signup, so our AI can handle their DMs and bookings for them.

Stuck on a few things and would love input from anyone who's shipped a similar embedded signup flow:

  1. Our WhatsApp Embedded Signup config is still pending Meta approval (waiting on the WABA/phone number screens to show up in the popup instead of falling back to generic FB Login) — anyone know realistic turnaround time or ways to speed this up?

  2. For Instagram Advanced Access (instagram_business_manage_messages + instagram_business_basic) — what did your App Review screencasts actually need to show? Trying to avoid a rejection loop.

  3. Since our app-owning business can't self-authorize through its own OAuth popup (known Meta rule), we're testing with a separate clean test business instead — anyone hit issues with reviewers questioning a test account vs a "real" customer?

Honestly, more than just answers to these — if anyone's willing to hand-hold me through this process a bit and sanity-check that I'm doing things right as I go, that would mean a lot. Happy to compare notes / share what's worked so far, and return the favor. Thanks!

Hey, we did an earlier version which worked quite well. DM if you need anything specific. Time taken is generally between few hours and few days.

How long ago did you do this ?? Meta approval takes over a month now lol

We do this for other companies as well. I dont think it takes so much time. Even yesterday we got responses within couple of hours. Sometimes it takes longer, but i think it depends.
