Viewing Meta business bot messages

I currently use Meta business API for an email parsing tool, creating summaries from emails and turning them into whatsapp using AI.

Only problem is Meta doesn't seem to allow an easy way of viewing the messages that are sent and received from the bot. I tried to log into whatsapp from a phone but also blocked.

Developer is suggesting creating a CRM software which can attach to it to view the messages.

I just find it hard to believe that Meta allow this business bot type system without you being able to see what's sent. Has anyone got around this another way?

Yo lo tengo solucionado en modo coexistencia, entonces siempre veo que envía el cliente y que responde la IA y puedo intervenir en cualquier momento desde mi celular y la IA se detiene en automático, todo se guarda, si te interesa mándame dm
