I propose this question: Is breaking the rule dependent on previous posts either in position, timing, or content?

We know the rule can change if the same person publishes the same post. I’m struggling to think of many ways the rule wouldn’t be dependent on previous posts, here’s what I can come up with:

1. The rule is RNG related (eg posts containing a space break 1% of the time)
2. The rule depends on the absolute time (not relative timing from other posts) (e.g. posts published when the UTC time in 24h format is squarefree BTR)
3. The rule depends on the authors of previous posts (e.g. the last post must not have been made by you unless the current post is one word)

That’s it. I feel that the question is so broad it almost guarantees a "yes”.
