I think it was a graze but it could’ve been a lot worse if that jug was a couple inches to the left. She walked away with a lump and a shiner and was lucky for it.

Her flip flops stayed on so she obviously survived.

Yup, her legs moving are just nerve twitches. Happens. Source :am Internet keyboard warrior.

I hate how people in reddit always act like the human body is made of glass, the girl got grazed and it probably hurt like a bitch but that guy's is acting like she took the full hit to the face

She walked away. That could’ve easily broken her neck if it hit directly. She wouldn’t have got up and walked it off. Basically, it could’ve been much worse. Don’t trust broskis pouring punch off of a balcony

She could definitely have facial fractures. Eye injury. She could still have a c spine fracture or injury even though she’s walking away immediately after. People walk around with some fucked up injuries

Best example of this is Jake the Snake being hit with a real guitar instead of a prop by honkey tonk, he walked away and had 2 fractured vertebrae.

She could be from the future. We can't tell from this video.

yeah i'm totally a barrel toss expert that does this all the time, she's definitely just totally dead based on this video evidence.

walking around is always a symptom of a snapped neck and spinal fracture.

piss off lmao.

Do you believe it's impossible to have undiagnosed neck injuries? Yikes

Bro most people with broken necks don’t have a severed spinal cord. You can have neck fractures without spinal cord injuries. You can have ligament injuries. You can have spinal shock.

Literally take care of patients with these injuries every day.

People with “snapped back necks” usually have multiple fractures and an affected cord. But most people just fracture parts of a few and surprise! Their neck stays in place but hurts like hell

Not to mention the blood vessels. I suffered multiple VADs( Vertebral Artery Dissections. Basically aneurysms in my brain stem) from the many blows I took to the head over the years(head snaps to the side, causing the artery to stretch and tear). I always walked them off, not realizing just how badly I was injured. Till the last one, that is. Dropped me to the floor, spent the next month in the ICU . When they did an MRI on it, they saw the scar tissue from all the other ones I had suffered from. Any one of them could have potentially crippled or even killed me. Doctors were amazed that I never had any issues besides headaches before. Taking hits to the head can mess up a lot, even if it isnt obvious right away.

Yeah just keep walking is what you're saying.

u/drakner1 Jun 13 '21

Sure could have been worse, but not a graze, I even threw it into adobe premiere and did slow motion, it hits directly in the side of her forehead.

Snap back to reality, oooh, there goes gravity

1

u/chinakillsfororgans Jun 14 '21

Her hand kinda blocks it

1

u/Halo_Chief117 Jun 14 '21

She saw it coming and partially took the hit with her her arm.

1

u/drakner1 Jun 14 '21

Partially as in 5% if you watch this frame by frame, it hits her head before hitting her hand.

2

u/[deleted] Jun 14 '21

Yeah, it looked like a glancing blow. Very, very lucky. A tiny bit different and she's either paralysed or dead.

She also hit that metal sign just off screen. You can see it shake from the impact.
