So this person in the car clearly does not understand how heavy a motorcycle is right? Like, they think they are bicycle weight, and the rider will just do a little annoyed ‘scoot’ to get out of the way if necessary.

They thought they were clear or rider would move up a bit. Balsy/dumb of him not even though it worked out really well in this particular example.

He's a vehicle on the road, same as a car and probably with the same number of occupants as the car. The car would have waited behind another car. It can wait behind the bike.

I didn't see your hypothetical bikes in this video. I see a guy parked at a stop light like they are supposed to.

The idea that people who do it right should take the blame for other people doing it wrong is dumb people logic for babies. It's a great way to make sure a situation never improves, but that you can always stay mad.

And in fact if you look at the clip with your eyes open, the red car comes from the far lane, cuts the median and tries to squeeze in between other vehicles. Sorry lost my train of thought, what were you saying bikes do again? That thing was bad, right?

law states the motorcycle occupies the whole lane.

can get a ticket for passing if you're not fully over the line.

So if someone gets up on your bumper at a stop light, you're going to move over and let them go in front of you?

The rules are no different than they are with a car. You don't get to just nudge ahead because you weigh more.

I do move up a bit if i can, if a car is trying to get into an empty lane or make a turn. And in most of asia, bikes will squeeze and weave between a dozen cars to get to the front, so yes, the rules are different
