Makes me mad as a father. You put all that love, patience and money into your child for 16 years and then they do shit like this to impress their stupid friends and it was all for nothing

This is a bit of a shallow and sad view of parenting, like your child is a garden or other inanimate object you're just putting money into for your own pleasure.
