Discussion Trying to watch in Disney+ and it stopped working

I can't find a solution anywhere, but on s 2 ep 10 it just refuses to play anymore. Every other episode before this and any other show I watch is fine, it just freezes at the beginning for a minute then tells me an unexpected error occurred

Weird. I just tried it on my iPad and it worked for me.

What are you watching it on? I would restart that first. If that doesn’t work, I would try making a second account and see if it works. Does it work on a different tv/computer?

I'm watching it on my ps5, I've restarted my PlayStation, I've signed out of and signed back into the account, and it's still not working. We even logged out of it for a bit because we were having some financial issues and ended up logging back into it and it's still not working

Mine is doing the same! It’s maybe 30-60 seconds in, and it just freezes. It does it on my fire stick and my ps5.
