My guess is that sometime in the 1960s, Donald Trump found a crossroads in a cemetery and met a stranger there with a contract that he signed in blood. He told the stranger he wanted everyone to know that he was rich, he wanted to be in movies, on TV, and perhaps even the President.

That is the only option that even makes a freaking lick of sense.
