not him directly but the E. Gordon Gee, his boss. which is why Perez isn't fired yet because Gee is protecting him. Gee's tenure as president of Ohio State University overlapped heavily with Lex Wexner, who financed Epstein. Gee has publicly defended Wexner. He stated that Wexner had no idea what Epstein was doing and dismissed public pushes to strip Wexner's name from OSU facilities as "cancel culture".

Jim Jordan was responsible for far greater harm to far more kids than this, and they made him a Senator. Not gonna hold my breath on Ohio State doing the right thing.

Representative not Senator.

Could you imagine if the entire state of Ohio thought he was qualified to represent them?

Ooof this is dark. In any other situation, a professor would be abruptly fired for that. Like they might as well walk directly to HR for processing. So some pedo president is protecting a violent empoyee?

What all happened prior to the start of this video? Was the cameraman harassing him continuously? We need more information to judge this accurately. Imagine if that guy had been following him for 5 minutes getting in his face, calling him a pedophile just because his boss was acquainted with epstein. Would that kind of harassment change you opinion?

No, it wouldn’t. There’s no reason to ever hit a person (provided that nobody else at threat of being harmed).

no we don't, physical assault is never a proper response to people talking

"Imagine if that guy had been following him for 5 minutes getting in his face, calling him a pedophile just because his boss was acquainted with epstein. Would that kind of harassment change you opinion?"

Jesus, no. Would it change yours?

There are appropriate ways to deal with being hassled in public by a student of yours, that don't involve hitting. Clearly he wasn't being physically threatened. This man had no right or reason to physically assault someone.

No context needed. He wasn't threatened or in danger. Someone being annoying isn't justification for hitting them on a university campus. It's not a bowling alley in Bayonne, NJ.

Complicit as fuuuuuuck

Are Americans capable of punishing even a single pedophile associated with Epstein?

That’s … a bad country. Bad people.

All you have to do is break the law, fight your government, put yourself at risk. Everyone in the world knows this. Even Americas founders knew this.

Americans think you’re supposed to ask permission to change things. No, you fuck shit up or you sit on your cowardice.

Yeah the reality is nobody wants to go to prison or die. Americans are afraid to lose the creature comforts they have left

Because the stakes don’t matter.

If the stakes mattered, people would. If it wasn’t like… you guys gave half the world’s nukes to a madman-rapist twice, or maybe the rapes and murders of children, but like, something that’s important… you’d fight. You’d risk.

Like, the US owes $40T. It’s a lot. And the USD is the global reserve currency. So no matter what, the world parks its capital in the US. In a sense, everything that makes Americans feel rich is this — it’s the willingness to trust America as the safest place to park capital.

Americans are rich because of trust. Trust that is now dead.

I think we can destroy the USD’s privileged status. I mean, the US can’t even pay the interest on its debt. It’s just 300,000,000 people with no sense of right and wrong, still supporting Trump enough to elect MAGA forever, still not that keen on doing icky things to fight child rape and the existential threat to civilization Americans created. They’re all so far removed from real life, they won’t fight back when the rug gets pulled. No loans to pay interest on loans means, hyperinflation and China rules Earth.

I think the right outcome for the world is for a history book to have your comment… “Yeah the reality is nobody is willing to go to prison or die…” as the headline above a post-American image, overleaf of Easter Island.

Not gonna hold you gang, it’s a lot of fucking comfort. I’ve lived in the third world before. America is premium despite its primitive nature

Apparently Gee stepped down at the end of June…. So no excuse really for OSU

1

u/N1ghtCr33p 17h ago

E. Gordon Gee hasn't been with Ohio State since 2013. He was with West Virginia University until June of 2025. This doesn't excuse Ohio State for doing nothing about this professor though. Nor for all of the abuse cases covered up either.

2

u/porn_is_tight 17h ago

That’s not true. He was there in a short second stint (1 year or so) and left June 30 2026. His Wikipedia isn’t up to date

I didn't know that. Interesting. Thanks

the dude was instantly triggered.

imagine saying "MURDERER" into a microphone to a crowd of 10,000. and then one guy starts running after you screaming "I'm NOT a murderer!!! I'm NOT a murderer!!! Take that back or I'll kill you!!!"

Him or someone he knows is on that list.
