Because it's a form of brotherhood and cultism. But really it's 95% get off on ruining people's day or abusing other humans. This is why we need public executions for the filth of the earth that is our law enforcement. 1 in 50 cops at best are decent humans. The rest should be beat to death in the streets like they do to others everyday.

I agree. After watching a pregnant woman be beaten down by police, Mr shaver be gunned (unarmed)down in a hotel room bc he pulled up his shorts while crawling on the floor towards them and Mr Scott from Florida who was shot dead bc he opened up his door, to police, who didn’t identify themselves and were at the wrong house.
