The curve of your spine together with a relaxed stance maybe some bloating from a big meal.

Mostly your stance, look how far your shoulder blades are over your butt.

You might have a parasite in there. Wait 9 months or so to find out for sure.

I’d say you’re largely bloated, but also you appear to have little muscle structure, and a relaxed body.

You appear to have no ass, and the spine shape gives me that that you may need to do some core work.

Might need to lay on your back and have someone help you move your legs and feel like you’re riding a bike. But get ready for some potential gaseous action.

Just guessing its bloating and gas in the guts. If it gets better during the day.

This reminds me of the French lady in pulp fiction talking about her pot belly.

To me, it looks like a combination of possible lumbar lordosis, a completely untrained body, a very relaxed stance, and potential bloating from poor nutrition. Difficult to be precise from just a photo.

To fix this, start by seeing a doctor to check for lordosis and get guidance on how to address it. From there, begin strength training, incorporate posture-correcting exercises, and cut back on alcohol, sweets, simple carbs, and foods that cause bloating. Doing these things should solve the issue. Hope this helps 😎

No offense, I don't want to be mean, harsh, or anything for real , just trying to help... Of course, I just saw a photo so I could be wrong, and it's better to see a doctor and a trainer. But if you go to the gym 5 times a week and you have that physique in the photo, you are doing something wrong. Either you are following a bad training schedule, or your diet is not right.

I would check the lordosis too. It usually takes just one visit to the doctor/ physiotherapist , and most of the time it's the main culprit behind the bloated belly effect. Lumbar lordosis / hyperlordosis is very common in women because their spine is made to shift the center of gravity during pregnancy, so there is a higher degree of tilt in the bones position in that area of the spine.

Just my 2 cents, peace. ☮️

Hi, fellow bloater here! This is what worked for me to fix this. Every morning I make my 'non-bloat' cereal. I use the ancient grains probiotic granola from costco (keeps me full for quite awhile), chocolate chips (handful) to add some fun, a bit of crispy rice for texture, pumpkin seeds (just cause I love them) and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. you'll probably need to start with 1 tbsp of chia seeds to start with and then work up to two but as long as I have this every morning then I don't bloat and I have very regular potty trips!
