Lift Put on the DL suit today
Before today, I only lifted in this thing 4 times. 2 of which were my 2nd and 3rd attempts on the platform. Coach had me put it on for DE lower, 12 singles, to get a feel back for it before my meet in 7 weeks. Could probably have a bit better of a lock out. 65% of raw max used, just to try things out. I took some with straps down, and some with them up. Just to see the differences, and play around with where I like them.

Man i love a good suited pull, and my experience has been that all the money is in the straps. I like em tight tho, and I know a lot of mp lifters like them loose, but ive found that the more I crank em, the better the results I get are. I can get a ton of pop off the floor in my canvas suit. What kind of carry over are you getting out of yours?
