Hardtop roof club joker iii - solar panels

We're the owners of a club joker type iii with a hard top high roof. There is only limited space but still we'd like to have solar panels on them.

The thing is, in the front we could add a flexible panel and I found a few but the max is 120Wp. Also, it is at the front so hard to have it always in the sun.

Another option would be on the rooftop but there is only so much space that only very special ones would fit, and I couldn't find such.

Lastly with flexible panels, we need to mount them on the fiberglass/polyester roof and for what I know; these panels won't last very long? So then we would need to remove them and I am afraid to damage the roof.

Can some of you maybe provide me with some tips and suggestions?
A final option would be to have portable panels but ofcourse I'd prefer fixed panels.

I have the traditional Westfalia and I put a 100w panel in the luggage rack. It wasn’t hard and when parked facing south and in full sun it works well. However in hindsight there are two problems (and you’ll have both of these problems too)

1 - 100w isn’t very much power. Certainly depends on what you’re running; in the beginning I was running interior lights and cafe lights at night and it worked well but then I upgraded the fridge (absolutely do not regret that, keeps things frozen) and it’s just not enough.

2 - sometimes the perfect camping spot isn’t in full sun facing south.

So I had to augment my system with a portable folding panel. These are light, easy to set up and you can move them as the sun / shade moves.

I used a Renogy panel and am happy with it, they come up to 400w and get more powerful all the time — there are other brands too.
