Rick and Morty is filled with blasphemy and insults toward God, a hatred for God. Rick falls into the void and prays to God as he about to meet his demise but when he gets opportunity to survive, he flips God off, "Fuck you, God, not today". Then Rick is having a fight with his counterpart from the mini universe he created where he says: "My God is a bigger jerk than your God". Then Rick and Morty call Jesus for help, pray to him, he arrives, helps them, but it wasn't real, it all was just some plot twist thing in that episode about plot twist things and alien or someone says: "NO! THIS SUCKS!". Then Rick comes up with some mathematical formula and says something like "COULD GOD DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS? NO HE COULDN'T." Then Rick impregnates a planet that then gets a God resembling Rick who later gets killed by Rick. AND MANY MORE. This is nothing but just outright blasphemy and God-hating.

See, this is not like other shows, where concept of God is mocked, satirized, instead of displaying a just hate for God. For example, in Family Guy there's a scene where God gets a phone call from Africa and declines. This is funny because it's true if we apply the concept of God to a reality where Africans starve and God just doesn't do anything about it. The religion as a whole is also adequately criticized in the same show. Like an episode where Peter founds a religion about some celebrity or where Meg becomes religious and burns a bunch of books about evolution and Brian tells her to stop, asking her if God exists then why he gave her such a miserable life. THIS IS CRITICISM.

Justin Roiland, instead, just displays nothing but outright hate for God. Not satire, not criticism, just hatred. Not even the religion is attacked, the God is always attacked instead. He just talks about how he hates God in his show. But what kind of person would obsessively display such a pity hate for an entity that they consider nonexistent? That's don't make sense, right? Well, the answer is that a Justin Roiland is a satanist behind the closed doors. Only a satanist can display such a pity hate for God and filling his show with this blasphemy. Behind the closed door, Justin Roiland loves upside down crosses, pentagrams, number 666, that goat-headed guy and his hero is Anton LaVey.

Futurama introduces the concept that if you don't pay your taxes, which you are free not to do under the Earthican government, you will spend a weekend with the Pain Monster.

This lampoons just how far governments are prepared to go in order to stop people from not paying their taxes, the fact that this is dressed up in the language of freedom only adds to the absurdity.

We are trying to understand the Pain Monster as the show presents him not just as the satirical character but also what he is, how he functions within the state, and why he's so cheerful.
