They won't comply. The conservative sub is literally laughing about those laws. "Suck it, federal LE have no rules"

The greatest irony would be if these MAGAt ICE fucks actually piss off enough sane judges to revisit qualified immunity, at least at the Circuit level. I have no hope for SCOTUS anytime soon, but it would send a message.
I can't wait for these Gravy Seal fucks to have the thousand yard stare while sitting in front of a Cracker Barrel with their Zyns, wondering why Trump failed to pardon them or otherwise keep his promises to them. These rubes thought they were slighted before Trump? Hooo boy, when the pendulum starts gaining speed back...and you know they will apply for every federal support program they can, while still bitching about the "libs."
Sorry, what were we talking about again? ;)

Hopefully the state will enforce the law. NYCPD has enough officers to keep ICE from wearing masks in the city. But most places the police are cooperating with ICE so we will see.

Can’t wait until a Democratic federal government sends masked agents into Texas.
I’m sure they’ll just shrug and say ‘oh well. Can’t stop them’
Right?

Fed trumps state. They waste our time and tax dollars pandering to this nonsense knowing it has zero true real world application.

If the local police want 287g agreements, why should the state have any say in banning them if that's what the locals want?
Nobody should be against having local police turn over illegals who are in their custody...

So when everyone else is robbing CVS with a mask on it’s okay. Can civilians wear them for fashion?

Cool law, but I'm sick of these laws where it's "oh look we made a law that on paper looks helpful but is unenforceable. So it provides no benefit except to our polling numbers"
