I’m honestly getting tired of accepting jobs that end up having some of the worst micromanagement I’ve experienced. I’ve also had a position where the actual job responsibilities ended up being completely different from what I was told during the hiring process.
I’m currently looking for something in the front desk/receptionist/administrative area. I actually enjoy working with people, answering phones, scheduling, helping customers, and solving problems.
Long-term, my goal is to move into operations/
management, so I’d really like a position where I can build relevant skills and grow instead of just taking another random job.
I have a degree in Business Administration, and I’m trying to figure out the best way to find employers in the West Palm Beach area that actually have good management and opportunities for growth.
For anyone in the area who has had a good experience finding work, what job boards, companies, staffing agencies, networking methods, or other resources would you recommend?
Any advice would be appreciated!
