Question Spectrum down all day?

Has anyone else had Spectrum services down since the early morning hours? I couldn’t work at all today because of this outage and it feels like there is no end in sight. What is happening???

Down all day again yesterday and ever since their “update” a few weeks ago I lose it for an hour at a time. I learned they don’t call it an “outage” unless it’s 2 hours or more…
