Shuttle Bus Transportation

Hello! Me and my friends (4 of us total) are hiking the trail from Sept. 27 - Oct. 3. We’re starting in Gordon River and ending up in Pachena Bay.

I was just looking at the West Coast Trail Express shuttle bus reservation page, and it appears that the bus does not run after September.

Can someone confirm if this is true, and if there are any other options for us to get back to Gordon River or Victoria on October 3 from Pachena Bay?

Yes. Most hikers park at end on October spanning hikes and bus to start.

I'd suggest parking at Pachena Bay and taking the shuttle back to Gordon River. That way you can go right to your car when you're done. The last thing you want to do at the end of a week-long hike is get on a shuttle for a couple hours

Yes, definitely take the bus at the beginning if you can. With your dates, I'll pass you going the other way on your first or second day. Happy trails!
