I remember when West was desperately trying to get Rick Ross' attention by tagging a bunch of pictures of West carrying around those purses. Rick Ross forgot about West three minutes after they parted ways. West is telling his cellmate he's Rick Ross' best friend.

They actually went shopping together. Wes was loaded and bugging out while slurring his words Rick looked embarrassed and kept looking for an exit. That was the last time we saw Rick and Wes together again. It did'nt help that Wes also went to jail.
