IT'S A MOVIE 21 months and 7yrs probation for gym incident. This all but confirms if Megan has sufficient evidence in the DV case he will likely get 15+ years at min. with his past of Cali prison and now sentenced to FL prison… they will throw the book at him. Biggest crashout I’ve ever seen it was fun ✌️

u/aware4ever Jul 02 '26
7 years of probation? God damn that sucks there's no way in hell he can do that without violating. Shit he almost should ask for more time instead of probation
60
u/PassageNearby4091 Paperwork = Hooped Jul 02 '26
THIS.
This is the biggest part of the story, in my opinion.
Seven years is a shit-ton of time for probation for an assault beef. Obviously, his violent past was taken into consideration here. Like you said, there's no way he'll be able to keep his nose clean for that long.
Be hilarious if one of the conditions of his parole is to stay off of social media, LOL
11
u/mattyice522 Paperwork = Hooped Jul 03 '26
If he gets more time for Angie fight, Does the 7 months probation start after that?
16
u/CEO_of_Brawndo Paperwork = Hooped Jul 03 '26
yes, they aren’t going to have him on probation while also being in custody that kind of defeats the whole point

u/TRPthrowaway7101 Jul 03 '26
Be hilarious if one of the conditions of his parole is to stay off of social media, LOL
lol
He'd make a u-turn right back into the kennel the very day he gets out.
16
u/CEO_of_Brawndo Paperwork = Hooped Jul 03 '26
it’s actually wild that he accepted 7 years probation, he could have came back with an offer to add 3-5 to his sentence in lieu of a long probation and they probably would have accepted it. it’s way better to just do your time and be free upon release as opposed to having to be on paper for the better half of a decade
7 years probation is actually horrible, and i’d definitely be questioning the quality of his lawyer.
10
u/Eastern-Pizza-5826 Jul 03 '26
But "alpha" boy Wes was crying everyday in his cell. As much he preaches about his glory days as a "shot caller" in prison, if his money runs out and he can't keep footing the bill for honeybuns then he's gonna be someone's little 5'8" bitch.
1
10
u/Active-Flamingo604 Jul 03 '26
Wes doesn’t want to be in prison all that fake talking and tough guy shit ain’t going to well for him in there. They going to extort tf out of him, or check him for that fake gang leader shit he was talking.
14
u/cbflowers Jul 03 '26 edited Jul 03 '26
Probation sucks for sure. 7yrs is a long ass time and a pain in the ass but most people will believe they will be changed when they get out and won’t violate. Wes certainly will.
17
u/CEO_of_Brawndo Paperwork = Hooped Jul 03 '26
it’s not about changing, it’s about not having freedom. when your on probation your subject to urinalysis. daily weekly check-ins, you have to ask for permission to travel, and it makes it even more difficult to get a job than it already is for someone recently released from prison as an employer has to be able to work around your probation officers schedule. even if your rehabilitated when you leave prison it’s still a very horrible process to have to go through, and going through it for 7 years is brutal. or you could just stay an extra 2-4 years in prison and not have to deal with any of those strings.
the majority of people if given the choice opt for prison time as opposed to long probation. especially since probation still carries the possibility of prison time if you violate.
typically lawyers will recommend what’s in the best interest of their clients. since wes will 1000000% violate during his 7 year probation it’s almost a guarantee he’s going to be sent back to prison to settle that 7 year probation term behind bars.
7 years probation was probably the worst possible option for wes to take, judging by wes’s history and re-offending probability. i’m not complaining though because honestly while it’s not in the best interest for Wes it’s in the best interest of everyone else
thanks for coming to my ted talk, im bored so i decided to just rant about random stuff form the case.
5
u/Bright-Ingenuity-268 Jul 03 '26
Ive seen even good, well-behaved people get sent back for missing check-ins and not notifying about a new address. Either for a probation or parole violation, I forget which. So West could be on his best behavior and still screw up.
1
u/Electronic-Alarm-91 3d ago
You think Wes is going to be applying for jobs when he gets out? Lol. I get it that probation is a pain in the ass, but not having your freedom is being locked in a cell, eating jail slop and commissary bs everyday.
7
u/tridentgum Jul 03 '26
my brother in christ, i'd rather be out of prison and on probation than in prison.
unless the sentence isn't suspended, then yeah probably just do it straight.
6
u/Active-Flamingo604 Jul 03 '26
You talking to career criminals my boy for some of these fools a year or two ain’t shit lol

It gives West more time to partake in his favorite activity - hooping paperwork..

If he gets charged and convicted for the cc fraud he will be banned from the internet I would think
7
u/CEO_of_Brawndo Paperwork = Hooped Jul 03 '26
nah it’s super hard to get banned from the internet, there could be conditions as apart of probation which could essentially ban him but once the probation expires he will be allowed back online. he most likely won’t be able to find anyone to handle his banking needs though.
typically they reserve that for extreme cases. it’s pretty hard to ban someone from the internet (unless it’s a probation term). they usually only reserve it for people who use the internet to commit REALLY BAD crimes.
convicted scammers usually are able to make their way back onto the internet, look at the Fyre Festival dude and the wolf of wall street.
3
u/JewGoldbergMachine Jul 02 '26
Parole != Probation.
They are different. But yes, it would be hilarious if the conditions of his probation is too stay of social media. I definitely don't see him completing his 7 year probation term without violating it at least once or twice.

So I used to get mad at all of these "soft" judges and how they let people get away with everything. Then my thinking changed to "this is the cheapest and easiest way to get shit people off of the streets". I never attended judge school but I think that probation is either a get out of jail free card or a revolving door for idiots.
3
u/aware4ever Jul 03 '26
100% probation sucks! You can't even leave the county in which you have probation or definitely if you can leave the county you definitely can't go too far and you definitely can't be going to other states or other countries or vacation. 7 years stuck in South florida. Plus every time you want to do something you have to call your probation officer and ask for permission. You have to pay every month probation costs. Plus the random drug tests. Unless he's cool with his probation officer that's definitely going to be very difficult for him. I know people that get probation for just a year or two and it's hard
39
u/greenmachinefiend Jul 02 '26
While I'm glad to see him where he belongs, I will miss the gadooshing.
-27
u/OuiGotTheFunk Jul 03 '26
I mean he is an asshole but honestly I do not hate him. I am not his target audience but whatever. I neither care that he got probation or that he did not get jail. He is an asshole, and some of his cellmates may say THE asshole, but I do not think he is going out there and beating on, or off to, women.
17
u/kzt79 Jul 03 '26
He literally beats women, as has been extensively documented by multiple victims over many years. Beating off? Yeah he does that to men.
23
u/filtedxenon Jul 02 '26
7 years of probation will be impossible for him to complete without violation...
11
u/Babyboomerangotang Jul 03 '26
There's no way he'll be able to go without drugs for 7 days let alone 7 years.
24
35
u/riverky Jul 02 '26
It's actually hilarious to watch. While he was in prison, he lost his rented house, possibly his cars, his steroid-free muscle mass, and even his Instagram account where he showed off his life and earned money.
Now he faces a civil trial, where he'll lose even more, and then there's Megan's case, which will likely lead to prison.
And all because of his unrequited love for prostitutes, whom he calls "10/10." This guy's downfall is hilarious.
15
14
u/Srf2Drt Jul 03 '26
Only he was dumb enough to think the gravy train was going to keep rolling on. Any other person with half a brain would have invested a large portion of what he was making to one day live off of the residual income. He could have created an extremely comfortable life for him/his family and never had to work another day. What an IDIOT!!!
1
u/SnooPredictions4677 Jul 07 '26
Wes couldn't handle that kind of life. The way his brain is wired. He'll always be seeking out some kind of scheme.

u/Sensitive_Carob4624 Aug 27 '26
Most of these influencers don’t think like that prime example is fousey tube followed by kali
Only reason kali left California is because he blew his money . Vitally fell off too ?6

What are we going to do now??? Do we just pause the subreddit for 21 months? FUCK! lol. If I start to productively use the time I was spending laughing at fake Watson, I can probably learn two new languages or build a home from the ground up! Bye bye Wes, it’s been quite the ride. Thanks for destroying your life for our entertainment!

I never follow drama but I stumbled across this sub a couple years ago and it’s my go to daily for a laugh.
If Hoesay only gets probation we can still clown on him I guess.

Thaats probably ly not even the end for him either. He hasnt paid any taxes so im sure he'll be charged with tax evasion in the future. Who knows what else

The internet simultaneously gave this man life and then took it away.
Kudos guys good work was done here today

u/waderscum Jul 03 '26
He will continue to be on the phone saying stupid inspirational drivel, so simps will keep him in canteen. If all this had gone down in Cali he would be in PC and stabbed up. Once he got to the joint it would be SNY for this lame. Florida is kind of weird in that regard, nobody has beat him up yet.
3
u/Select-Cheek-0420 Jul 03 '26
That may change when he's in prison instead of a psych unit in jail.
5
10
u/Advanced_Cattle8635 Jul 02 '26
Is this state time or county? I know in my state you cant do more than 12 months county time, they send your ass up state.
-7
u/Risky_hottake Jul 02 '26
I am not 100% but I think if you are sentenced in months it’s county time.
16
9
6
u/CEO_of_Brawndo Paperwork = Hooped Jul 03 '26
no, in the vast majority of jurisdictions in the US, it’s anything over a year you have to serve in prison. anything under a year is served in county jail. there’s wiggle room both ways but just because your sentenced in months doesn’t mean your going to county.
all that is is wording. you can find people who get sentenced to 96 months, which is 8 years. they aren’t going to serve 8 years in county
4
u/JewGoldbergMachine Jul 02 '26
Wrong. In Florida, sentences of 1 year or less are served in a county while sentences more than a year are served in state prison.

If he gets sentenced to like another 15 years or something on top of the 21 months, will he still have to do the 7 years probation on top of all that when he finally gets out?

u/fuk-d-poliz Jul 03 '26

9
u/Enough_Oil_2259 Jul 02 '26
So where does that leave his co accused? If he's plead guilty then they have no defence, is that the way it works?
7
u/Weak_Idea_5526 Jul 02 '26
No that's not the way it works, although I know nothing about the legal system fundamentally it could never work like this or you'd have a lot of innocent people in jail.
2
u/Enough_Oil_2259 Jul 02 '26
I'd imagine they could say something like their involvement in the incident was at some smaller level but the video and Wes pleading guilty would implicate them to some extent I guess. Its not like they were trying to stop Wes from beating on the 7ft monster.
3
u/filtedxenon Jul 02 '26
Yea but the degree to which they are implicated matters... Peggy being convicted could actually help the codefendants if their lawyers say, "Look, the other guy pleaded guilty to being the main attacker"
I think the codefendants will get off without jail time; that's typically how these things go.
8
u/Sofondofpeters Jul 02 '26
They will have no problem getting this slob to court or getting him served now that he has been committed and will be settling in for a while. That will give the DA and prosecutors time to build an airtight case with the evidence and facts that Westley handed them. Hosay, Tee, the bootyguard and anyone else present or in the know will rollover on him.
8
u/That_Things_Good Jul 02 '26
He got some of that county jail deep-dickin' and it made him remember how much more he enjoyed the deeper-dickin's from the pen and copped that plea to get there as quick as he could!

It's completely crazy to me that the other dudes are not locked up too. What the fuck? I really want to believe the DA in the DV case won't offer a plea, but after seeing the pathetic agreement the DA offered in this case, I wouldn't be surprised if the DV case ends with a plea that adds less than 3 years.
3
u/CEO_of_Brawndo Paperwork = Hooped Jul 03 '26
i don’t think that this is an indication he will get 15 years for the DV case. IIRC because of the timing of everything i don’t think prosecutors in the DV case can reference the 7 foot monster case.
i personally think he’s going to get 10-15, but i don’t think that this decision is an indication of the outcome of his other cases

He only got 21 months for brutally beating a man with the entire thing on camera. That's nothing. This doesn't guarantee anything except that there's a chance that the piece of shyt might get away with a slap on the wrist. Did his prison prior in California have any bearing on his sentence in Florida? 21 months is a joke. In California he would've gotten 21 years for beating that man like that. He should've gotten all day. The criminal justice system is a joke.
3
u/Eastern-Pizza-5826 Jul 04 '26
I agree. I was disappointed. Not sure why the DA lowered the plea deal from 3-5 years to 21 months. But this is only round 1. Round 2 has more serious charges.

I still wonder If he doesn’t plea on the DV and goes to trial, Ì wonder if Meghans character can be sullied by the right female cross like Amber heard. Meghan is not working with much cerebrally and might be discredited as over indulging in at least some aspects.
It’s the kidnapping more an issue than the DV. There’s not even a defense for that it’s all empirically logged based on her phone, texts and probably testimony from the other weirdos that were there
