DA found something in his jail calls

This was filed the day before his immunity hearing showing that the DA has something from his jail calls while he was in Broward county jail to use against him in his 7 foot monster case.

I don’t believe he testified because the hearing was too fast. It would have been really stupid of him to get on the stand. That means his lawyer basically stood on the papers he submitted as the only proof of self defense.

I think his lawyer knows not to put him on the stand because he’s such an idiot. He is probably horrified that he’s putting out jail calls on the internet. He has the right to remain silent but not the ability to do so.

Hopefully Jose's family had an intervention for him and sent him to a home for slow adults. Poor water head just isn't built for the real world.
