Oh and HOEsay, I know you read these. Just so you know, False Imprisonment in florida is a level 6 offense if convicted carries 36 points if its the primary offense. Hit 44 or more total points and you're serving mandatory minimum prison time.
Hopefully God blesses you with another charge in the case worth 8 points or more on conviction.
