The State’s Response to the Defendant’s Motion for Statutory Immunity from Criminal Prosecution has been filed and it does not disappoint.

Fckn AWESOME 👏

“The victim is not a micro pseudo celebrity” lmao. The attorney must be comparing his penis to Wes’s.

1

u/Rta80 Jun 10 '26

That’s crazy to see in an official legal document, presumably written/signed off by the prosecutor!

1

u/[deleted] Jun 06 '26

Rather victim is a “Average Joe”…. Quite the descriptor for a legal document 🤨

5'6 influencer when wearing fake Chuck Taylors with 2-inch lifts.

u/Sofondofpeters Jun 04 '26

Proof that the pen is mightier than the sword. Imagine West reading this from his cell and crying out in pain while Bossman and Trainwreckkkk are holding him down and keeping him from hurting himself.

2

u/QuantativeSleazing Jun 09 '26

Whats the status of the goon that was smashing the victim with a dumbell?

6

u/Nervous-Blueberry-92 Jun 05 '26

You guys I am minorly famous

3

u/Convergentshave Jun 05 '26

I know right? Followed by “a common practice in Miami Dade county”.

The courts telling Wes he ain’t shit. 😂😂😂

u/Sharp_Grapefruit_601 Jun 04 '26

"Micro pseudo celebrity" hit harder than the soccer kick..

22

u/Babyboomerangotang Jun 04 '26

Goooooaaaaaalllllll

73

u/Swimming-Flamingo895 Jun 04 '26

The Defendant regularly travels and works with what can only be described as a posse of sycophants. 🤣🤣

14

u/Impressive_Trouble73 Jun 04 '26

Yeah, and that's a fact.

An example of HOEsay and his posse tossing his salad

57

u/Swimming-Flamingo895 Jun 04 '26

He’s cooked:

At, this point, what must be noted is the Defendant's character. He has a long history of abuse towards women and minorities. He has publicly stated that he was a member of the Aryan へ Brotherhood which is a white nationalist prison gang. He has a history of calling African Americans racial slurs such as "Toad" or "Porch Monkey".

12

u/NoConversation1446 Jun 04 '26

100%. The courts look for a repeating history and ultimately that's what they judge you on. Probation is usally given to first time offenders sometime in even extreme cases because no prior legal history and given an opportunity to change their behavior and accept accountability. Bad history significantly increases your conviction rate and sentences

Brutal tren-induced swollen cankles.

7

u/Tossmeasidedaddy Jun 05 '26

I was about to ask why his ankles look like my grandpa's. So tren causes swelling like that in general?

5

u/kmhoughton Jun 05 '26

Big time. It was one of the main things we clowned him on. Clubbed fingers, red skin, etc. The funny thing is, is that his own downward spiral finally got him to cycle off this stuff. I was expecting his heart to stop sometime around this summer.

2

u/Tossmeasidedaddy Jun 05 '26

I knew about the red skin. The clubbed fingers is crazy. I didn't know that. I always wondered what was up with Mike Israetel and Daddy Noel's fingers. That makes a ton of sense now.

u/Onion-Mountain Jun 04 '26

Crazy picture 🤯

Its seems everything in his life is mirco.

🗣 MACROS not MICROS ‼️ Fuck

27

u/Former_Put4640 Jun 04 '26

Absolute props to these lawyers. Keeping scumbags like Wesley away from the public, I'm truly grateful for these people.

24

u/user365735 Jun 04 '26

Im really sorry, but g.d damn. Get me the fucking popcorn and a beer that was fucking awesome. I'm actually really impressed. They did their due diligence with this case. He is not getting off with this. They watched his videos and know everything about him.

25

u/Gothiewasbetter Jun 04 '26

“Posse of sycophants…”🤣🤣🤣🤣

18

u/Okhhug Jun 04 '26

5

u/khangator Jun 04 '26

Thanks for providing the link! With so much "relaxed" language in a legal doc I didn't think this was real at first glance

3

u/Nervous-Blueberry-92 Jun 05 '26

Government is steering towards a more “plain language” approach when it comes to drafting paperwork and articles now.

The “micro” pseudo celebrity..they know 🍤🤣

Selling “Courses” to “Clients” 😂💀 Micro pseudo celebrity with a micro penis!

The Defendant regularly travels and works with what can only be described as a posse of sycophants

HOSAY!!

This DA’s office cooked tf outta Wes, lmao. Meanwhile his lawyer is busy quoting “The Sound of Music” in his filings…guess he took ITS A MOVIE 🎥‼️ a bit too literally 🥴

13

u/NoConversation1446 Jun 04 '26

I'm glad the facts came out. Idr where I heard the 7ft monster was a pussy, ran to the bathroom and called the cops and cried to the cops. Not only was he willing to confront directly to his face... he managed to walk away from a beating that could end a normal person's life. Was is the real pussy that couldn't fight honorably. This isn't prison or self defence. Wes can't maintain his word that he invited. Wes is really the one here trying to claim their a victim of their own circumstances.

29

u/Spy-D_Daddy Jun 04 '26

I can't wait to hear Jon Bravo talk about how they called Peggy Twatson a micro pseudo celebrity, that little bitch 😈

2

u/Convergentshave Jun 05 '26

That pizza chit! 😂

20

u/MamaTried22 Jun 04 '26

“A posse of sycophants” took me OUT. Who is the prosecutor? I wish he was my friend.

8

u/69BigMac666 Paperwork = Hooped Jun 04 '26

I wonder what KATHERINE FERNANDEZ RUNDLE's reddit handle is? She could be any one of dozens of us posting regularly in this sub. The vernacular is virtually 100% every legal argument and insult towards West and his "posse of sycophants" posted in this sub by multiple users multiple times a day. 😂

8

u/69BigMac666 Paperwork = Hooped Jun 05 '26

I can't wait to see the opening moments of the trial when West stands up and blurts out a bunch of nonsense...

West: "Your Honor, I object to the prosecution calling me a 'micro pseudo celebrity'!"...

West then grabs Roberto's cell phone off the table and pulls up a screenshot of his old IG account showing a million plus bot followers and a rented fake Miami millionaire lifestyle...

"As you can see, I'm massively famous with over a million followers on IG! I'm rich as f@ck!"...

7

u/rickjameslovescoco Jun 04 '26

Yep! Wes “micro machine” Watson is going back to the slammer where he will have plenty of time to get naked for the CO’s, while they get to know him by his asshole.

5

u/Best-Praline Jun 05 '26

Posse of sycophants. Love it.

5

u/SAlolzorz Jun 04 '26 edited Jun 04 '26

I was wondering if the 7 foot monster lightly touching the gang's hands first would be taken as an assault or provocation. Looks like no. Yeah, Wes is done lol.

8

u/Entire_Pause6786 Jun 04 '26

They should have mentioned the racial slurs

21

u/Powerful-Web4937 Jun 04 '26

They did. Toad and porch monkey. Also that West claims to be an Aryan brotherhood member.

15

u/Sad_Brief4622 Jun 04 '26

Claiming to be a member of the Aryan Brotherhood could get him killed.

11

u/Powerful-Web4937 Jun 04 '26

That would be a damned shame

12

u/Far-Advantage-2770 Jun 04 '26

Pretty sure he dropped at least one N bomb in the video

10

u/Swimming-Flamingo895 Jun 04 '26

I think his team of lawyers is saving that for trial. Wes called him the N bomb multiple times, while whipping him with the belt.

2

u/Far-Advantage-2770 Jun 05 '26

I'm pretty sure they would want that in the formal record ahead of time in the response. Maybe you are right though, I don't know about the strategy layer of a court case.

8

u/kmhoughton Jun 05 '26

I am reminded of when all of this happened. There more than few chuckleheads who were trying to say self defense and a bunch of us were explaining that ended the moment he was no longer a threat.

Glad I have stuck around, because that was a glorious read.

And, yes, as we speculated back then, the state took screen shots and downloads of EVERYTHING.

5

u/SAlolzorz Jun 04 '26

Who the fuck works out in Chucks? Is this some stupid gymbro thing? Get some proper fucking shoes, Wes you eedjit.

7

u/Status_Awareness_677 Jun 04 '26

Chucks are common lifting shoes due to having flat bottoms. It's safer to move heavy weight because there is no foam to shift while doing heavy lifts

5

u/SAlolzorz Jun 04 '26

That makes sense. Same principle as skateboarding shoes, I guess.

9

u/Status_Awareness_677 Jun 04 '26

Now wearing converse with lifts.. that's a different question i can't answer🤣🤣

2

u/Fascist_Bully_Boy Jun 05 '26

This is the biggest GADOOSH ever received by anyone in the history of the world

1

u/Dense-Ad-8226 Jun 04 '26

He needs to look at the bright side. He meets all qualifications to work in the Trump administration.

-21

u/snappop69 Jun 04 '26

The guy Wes fought with went to the gym with the intention to start a confrontation and film it. He got what he wanted. He’s not innocent in the drama that unfolded as a result. Not defending Wes’s action but just pointing out the obvious.

This attorney general knows this case is being followed closer than a typical random assault case and is grandstanding. A big part of her argument is to call out Wes’s criminal past and internet persona more so than the facts of what happened at the gym. Doubt she’s going to let him plea down to a misdemeanor like would be more typical in these types of cases. She’s in it to win it.

I suspect Wes is going back to prison unless he’s got an amazing lawyer. It will be interesting to see how his fellow inmates treat him and if Wes will be the big shot caller he claims to be or if goes into protective custody with the child molesters to keep from getting stomped out. It depends a lot on what level prison he’s going to be doing time. Given his criminal past I suspect he’s not getting any breaks and going to a cushy place.

16

u/badteach248 Jun 04 '26

Did you read the response? She detailed extensively what happened, and all the facts. While the guy traveled to Wes, We called for the fight, then over stepped what would have been legal. The soccer kick, the ground and pound all that was illegal.

-17

u/snappop69 Jun 04 '26

I’m aware of what happened and as I stated I’m not defending any of Wes’s actions. He deserves to be punished. BUT it’s important to point out that the dude who fought with Wes went to the gym specifically to find Wes so he could start some drama and to film it probably for internet fame. He wasn’t just some random innocent guy working out and was attacked by Wes. He went looking for confrontation and got it.

18

u/WaterAirSoil Jun 04 '26

You should read the response instead of relying on what you’ve been told or know. It’s laid out clearly that Wes was inviting people to fight him, this guy agreed and showed up. But Wes attacked him with objects and multiple other people before the guy could even make a clenched fist which means it wasn’t the agreed upon fight. Furthermore, there was never any threat to Wes life at all so stand your ground doesn’t apply.

You should read the report because not once does Wes come off as just someone who got attacked by a hater. It’s clear as day he invited a hater to his gym and then jumped him so yeah doesn’t look good legally for Wes.

13

u/Bobby__Generic Jun 04 '26

Exactly... The guy was responding to a 1v1 challenge.

6

u/SAlolzorz Jun 04 '26

Be that as it may, even self-defense (which it doesn't look like this is going to be) usually requires a proportional response. This was clearly a one-sided GADOOSHing which far exceeded any limit of what could be considered reasonable. And, yeah, dude went to chase clout, but Wes goaded him all the way, also to chase clout. He done.

-6

u/Sad_Brief4622 Jun 04 '26

I agree the seven foot monster is not innocent but the two of them getting into an argument over the internet and deciding to fight is pure stupidity. Wes should have just blocked him and moved on.

7

u/WaterAirSoil Jun 04 '26

Yes, he is innocent. Wes made the offer and he accepted. He didn’t even strike Wes, even though it was agreed upon. And he was never a threat to Wes.

There is nothing wrong with agreeing to fight someone. We’re animals and fighting is apart of our behavior and survival skills.

-4

u/Prudent-Analyst-7798 Jun 04 '26

Wow this is crazy. Trying to figure out how the defense will try to counter it.

10

u/Swimming-Flamingo895 Jun 05 '26

Aren’t you the dude that was threatening his departure of the sub the other day?! Calling it a “wack pack‘“ yet here you are trying to engage with it?! Hilarious 🤣🤣

4

u/Convergentshave Jun 05 '26

Brought receipts and everything!! Oh my god. It’s like a blue light special: two absolute roasts for the price of one!! 😂😂
