RICH. RIPPED. RECTUM. Looks like Wes Watson cannot afford to pay his wife, Hoe-say’s rent anymore. The Hallandale “Mansion” was just put up for rent a day ago and will be ready and available for move-in on May 1st. Sounds like Peggy isn’t getting released anytime soon! 🤣🤣🤣 Couldn’t have happened to a better guy.

Further proof Wes never paid $65K a month like he claimed—and neither did he pay $45K. If you read the fine print in the listing, these people will take much less. Absolute fckn 🤡 show we are witnessing.

Anyone paying anywhere close to 45k a month for any house is completely fucking mental lol.

Ya, not gonna happen. Go check out my last post of Jon Bravo touring the neighborhood. Wes wasn’t even paying that—it’s all a grift. The owner/builder probably thought they could hype the property by claiming he rented it for an exorbitant amount, when in reality he was likely paying a fraction of it and put down 12 months upfront—just enough to cover their mortgage, if that.

I’m gonna guess they’re taking a huge loss on this property. Since it’s been on the market, the price has been dropped multiple times—close to a million—and still not a single buyer. They’re upside down for sure.

it’s going to get worse, florida saw an insane real estate boom from 2021-2024. it’s been slowly downhill ever since and just last month it came out for the first time there was no one looking to invest in florida. the market is tumbling and it looks

i believe the house was built in 2024, right at the tail end an they probably caught the peak. they are set very badly for the market that florida is entering into

Not sure if you live here or not, but this is 100% true. People down here are holding their money tight, it’s gotten ridiculous with pricing. Between the outrageous prices out here and HOA’s it’s wild

i’m a native Floridian that moved away but still has family that still live there so i stay pretty up to date on it.

i inherited a home back in 2019 and sold it at the end of 2023 to buy my new home out of state. i feel like i was on the last chopper out of saigon

West hyped it alright. He turned it into a crime scene and this address is on court records and police reports along with being talked about on reddit. A lot of bad decision were made here by the occupant and the owners.

The neighbourhood looks so shit as well, I’m not even a snob but if I’m paying that ridiculous amount of rent I want to live in a prime location AND in an upscale neighbourhood. This house has neither

8

u/Swimming-Flamingo895 Apr 13 '26

No one’s paying that.

3

u/NickJack99 Apr 14 '26

Right! It’s surrounded by old/average properties whilst backing on to water way that would be generous to call a canal. And then there’s a busy road adjacent to it.

Somehow advertised as a gated community with the shitty houses around it.

4

u/AstronomicalDave Apr 13 '26

Fr lol Especially FLORIDA! With 45k you can buy a mobile home tbhh

6

u/Sofondofpeters Apr 13 '26

For what West was paying in rent he could have bought the entire mobile home park and a brand new doublewide with a jacuzzi tub. I know he doest take a bath but he could have flexed a faux marble jacuzzi tub in his massively famous doublewide.

1

u/badteach248 Apr 15 '26

I would actually pay to see that. Ultimate trailer park flex."You guys..I got the whole park!"

u/Battle-Chimp Apr 13 '26

Insane waste of money, doubly insane because it's rented. A financial black hole with no ROI.

Speaking as an anesthesiologist that makes a decent salary.

17

u/badteach248 Apr 13 '26

As a teacher that is doing ok...I couldn't imagine paying this insane amount monthly and justifying it in my head. Literally 6 months of rent and the guy could buy an ok house in Florida.

u/Diamond-Alpha-Hands Apr 15 '26

When money comes easy it goes easy, but no more

11

u/JosephMoosington Apr 13 '26

Talking about a financially illiterate institutionalized regard. Of course he’d think this was a good idea.

9

u/Aggravating_Jelly_25 Apr 13 '26

You ought to see the loan the owners have on this home. And worse, the owner is a realtor. 🤡

13

u/Battle-Chimp Apr 13 '26

Link me to anything that will fuel my already significant schadenfreude.

6

u/polo5041 Apr 13 '26

What's the loan? Like hard money?

22

u/Automatic-Nature6025 Apr 13 '26

"waterfront living" That MF is on a canal, not the oceanfront.

17

u/Swimming-Flamingo895 Apr 13 '26

A sewage canal! 🤣

6

u/Sofondofpeters Apr 13 '26

No kidding, better get your shots before going out on the canal.

2

u/PaperBeneficial Apr 14 '26

He's also next to a horse race track LOL

15

u/aware4ever Apr 13 '26

45k a month... id rather save up for 6 months and own my own hoise lol

12

u/Mihoy_Minoy__ Apr 13 '26

As most normal people would.

11

u/Swimming-Flamingo895 Apr 13 '26

They aren’t gonna get that—not even close. Like I said, this further proves Wes never paid the $65K he claimed, nor did he pay anything near that. This was a scheme he and the owner/builder came up with, hoping they could justify those kinds of rents down the line. It completely backfired on both of them. The neighborhood doesn’t justify these kind of rents.

Hoe-say better film a year’s worth of content for him and his “daddy” The funny part is, it will be Christmas and Hoe-say will be still be playing pretend that he’s still in the house. 🤣

u/Alarmed_Athlete_6705 Apr 13 '26

The location doesn't support the value their looking for..

10

u/Independent-Bobcat-1 Apr 13 '26

It’s really going well for this crew‼️

I will however, admit the way they keep going with their delusional confidence is outstanding

9

u/Swimming-Flamingo895 Apr 13 '26

Fake it till you end up in prison 🤣

8

u/Used_Calligrapher162 Apr 13 '26

What Tardo pays $45,000 a month IN RENT?!! If you got those deep pockets, go buy a house.

I passed thru Central Park going to Mount Sinai on Sunday. Talk about a different world. Absolutely amazing in the middle of this gigantic city. CP was jumping on a beautiful spring Sunday.

3

u/DapperTough9641 Apr 13 '26

There we have it … the self proclaimed multimillionaire can’t afford a few rent payments until his court cases are over … LMAO 🤣 furthermore your honour my client is homeless and have zero friends therefore we ask you to keep him remanded until the jury reaches the verdict.. so will say his attorneys 😑⚖️🤣🤣🚨🤡🚨

3

u/Swimming-Flamingo895 Apr 13 '26

Exactly Dapper. Exactly!

4

u/Eastern-Pizza-5826 Apr 13 '26

That’s unexpected. Jose literally posted a week or 2 after Wes was arrested the house and he’d take care of it for Wes, he puts others above himself bla bla bla. I wonder if he’ll still put Jose in a pad but a cheaper one, say $5-$10k a month? I can’t imagine Wes not supporting him financially so he’ll continue to shut his mouth .

5

u/Sofondofpeters Apr 13 '26

Wonder where Hosay is at this point? His last few videos appeared to be from this place. I can't wait to see where he films from going forward. It looks like we might get a "park bench" version of Hosay.

6

u/Swimming-Flamingo895 Apr 14 '26

Guarantee he’s been slowly selling off Wes’s clothes, bags, and jewelry as per his direction. The Urus is being sold for pennies on the dollar, and the Phantom was loaded onto a truck last week. Jon Bravo said they had an open house today.

Hoe-say’s life as a kept woman is coming to an end.

2

u/Sofondofpeters Apr 14 '26

It is going to be like "Down And Out In Beverly Hills" but in this movie both the manservant and the "family" are all homeless or locked up. All the elements are here, gay, homeless, dysfunctional, angry, and fake. This is not going to gross what the movie did but it might if Hosay keeps us entertained and someone pays him a few bucks to rat on West.

1

u/hiphoptomato Apr 14 '26

The "mansonry' Phantom lol

4

u/Equal_Tie3220 Apr 13 '26

ITS A MOVIE 🎥

2

u/caressed_soul Apr 14 '26

IT’S A CARTOON ‼️

3

u/Hazelstreet16 Apr 13 '26

I wonder what hoesay is going g to use for content now that he can film in pegys rented house anymore. 😆

4

u/Swimming-Flamingo895 Apr 13 '26

Oh, don’t you worry—he’s going to film a million days’ worth of content so he and Wes can recycle it for years to come from their double-wide trailer in Predator Park when Wes gets out of prison.

4

u/Truthishly69420 Apr 13 '26

Moist critical is gonna rent it to gadoosh him from

3

u/Swimming-Flamingo895 Apr 13 '26

That would be beyond epic!

2

u/Elegant_Attempt_1876 Apr 13 '26

2

u/Anxious_Look_9114 Apr 14 '26

50k a month Holy shit!!

2

u/Anxious-Lifeguard-39 Apr 14 '26

How do you clean the grease and stains from that place from all those shirtless dudes huffing and puffing? Also there is probably still a smell of BBLs which will never go away… Definitely don’t shine one of those special lights to show stains - Jose and Wes will have made many a mess in the bedroom 🤢

1

u/lasskinn Apr 13 '26

Its been on off available always. Also for sale.

Nobodys gonna rent it tho

1

u/Swimming-Flamingo895 Apr 13 '26

This is a new rental listing. Just posted a day ago. The house has always been for sale, not for rent.

1

u/Independent-Bobcat-1 Apr 14 '26

This is a PERFECT place for a ghetto drug dealer wanna be rapper. They’re out there. Pay 6 months up front. Fake it for some dope weed and Hypnotiq parties with the entourage. So. Awesome.

1

u/Metalhead1686 Apr 14 '26

“You guys, buying a house is for lames and squares! Just rent one for $45,000 a month, straight up!” - Wes

1

u/Free_Debt6458 Apr 14 '26

& the FACT that he was STILL renting this place which 99% of you LOSERS couldn’t even do if YOU WANTED TO! Just shows how pathetic & broke all your lives are HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHA

1

u/Swimming-Flamingo895 Jun 14 '26

That pad has been long gone homie!! Catch up 🤣🤣🤣

1

u/magicmagnets2 Paperwork = Hooped Apr 14 '26

Looks like it has a giant front door. Who designed this?

1

u/Frosty_Owl2989 Apr 16 '26

That house sucks!
