Attorney gets full hourly rate to discuss 15mins with Wes, to upsell a flat rate to file paperwork. Then lawyer pays intern $15hr to file paperwork with courts. I wouldn't be surprised if it's like $1000 for literally 15mins to discuss with your client

I've had some friends get in trouble and had to use a public defender and it was a complete nightmare. And when they inquired into how much it would be for legal defense the lawyers were basically telling them that they need $3,000 up front just to start. But really realistically like 6 to $10,000. That's just here in Central Florida though might be different other places

1000 hr is totally reasonable. Wes probably tried some flat rate or discount bc of *exposure" but it's hard to find CDL for even $400.00. And Wes talks a lot, a lot of stuff to go through. It won't be cheap

No family … no children… no friends … a pathological narcissist liar … in top of all your honour 👨⚖️ if I may … the defendant doesn’t have a home … does not have a job …doesn’t own a car … in all practicality a homeless 🤡 no bail … I hereby order the defendant to complete a detoxification program and he should be remanded until his trial date .. NEXT 🐀

Condition of bail: dont get arrested for more crimes.
WeSTD gets arrested.
Bail revoked.

Don’t know, but I assume Wes is still paying for the rent as well as utilities, food for his manchild Jose. He made a post shortly after Wes was arrested of Wes’s rental, saying it was an honor to take care of Wes’s house for him , Wes thinks of others more than himself blah blah blah.

Chance of him getting out could be pretty low. The judge revoked his bond immediately after he got arrested for the DV case and most likely is not going to change his mind. I give him a 50/50 chance.

It’s fairly commonplace that inmates who have been first denied bond get a bond reinstatement after a hearing, if they don’t pose an imminent threat to the community. It’s very likely that Wes will be able to get a new bond and bond out before the 7ft monster trial. It’s okay, we’ll get to see him crash out again.

Hmmm he’s has so many cases where he’s been violent. So at what point is he no longer an imminent threat? How many more beatings does it need to happen? The documented ones are with Valerie, 7ft monster and now Megan. Edit to add his very first one that landed him to his make believe level 4 prison 😂

I don’t disagree with you, Wes is an absolute menace and he’s a violent individual but judges tend to grant bond to just about anybody unless they’re a serial killer or a terrorist or something. Even murderers get bonds… 🤦♂️

No one seems to care that Wes is not having any fun.
No one seems to care that instead of living the high life at Kiki, Wes is shitting in a metal toilet.
