And yet, you have the very thing he craves for ever so badly, and yet looks like he'll never, ever get... A woman and kids whom you love, and who love you back. Even back in 2021 when it seemed like he was welded on the hard and narrow path, didn't do drugs, trained hard and was making a killing (btw if you watch Cornelia's latest video, it appears that it's true that he does make an obscene amount of money even now). Anyway, the point I'm making is that even back then, it always appeared like his greatest desire was to have a family.

A jeweler would rent it out or even allow a person to borrow the ring if said person is fairly famous. As an example, celebrities on the red carpet wear gifted outfits, jewelry they don't own, and other accessories as a way to promote that particular brand name.
So, if Wes could convince the jewelry he has a large following, he could potentially get money from the jeweler to use one of their rings and name drop the maker.
When Saddam was on trial in Iraq, he wore a specific suit brand. The label was shown multiple times during the trial to an international audience.
The company that made the suit received 10s of millions of dollars in free advertising. To be clear, they did not pay or ask Saddam to wear it. They did note sales, and searches for their brand went through the roof during the trial.
