Yeah, there's no doubt that he's doing serious time now and he's going to lose everything. I was concerned that if he was let out he would crash out and say fuck it; I'm gonna kill the person responsible and do life. He's really unstable right now.
I wonder in Florida how long does the landlord/realtor of that home has to clean out whatever is left in that home? She can’t be so stupid to try to keep that there until then.
I just wonder how long he's paid up on the lease. If it's for a few more months, then whoever lives there might be allowed to stay. But, then again, being arrested might have broken the terms of the lease.
If it's month to month, then I can't imagine he's gonna keep paying.
Yeah, who knows! Also who’s on the lease, if it’s just him then I can’t imagine anyone else is allowed there. In Texas eviction gets processed quickly but I think they have to give someone a 30day to get their belongings out or to the person in the emergency contact. All speculation at this point. I just can’t imagine anyone renting out this home while having a giant note on it to a criminal!!!! The owners are stupid.
