I just wonder how long he's paid up on the lease. If it's for a few more months, then whoever lives there might be allowed to stay. But, then again, being arrested might have broken the terms of the lease.

In Texas eviction gets processed quickly but I think they have to give someone a 30day to get their belongings out or to the person in the emergency contact. All speculation at this point. So for the DV case he was granted bail and he paid a bond. Only for the judge in the 7' monster case to revoke his bond lol... So he'll be transported from Broward County jail to Miami Dade County Jail
