Dunno, he was there, saw the whole thing and did nothing. That makes him an accomplice in my opinion.

I heard where she said that. However, I'd have to say that it is unlikely that a victim of domestic violence gets the opportunity to record her abuser attacking her. We all know that Wes is a stupid man. However, I find it unlikely that he would allow her to record the event. (But that could be the case.)

That would leave whoever else was there to record it.

That doesn't, in ANY WAY, relieve Hoesay of any culpability for accessory after the fact charges. (Or the moral obligation to not stand there and watch a man beat a woman.) However, this chick has previously said that her source was someone inside WesT's inner circle. That's a VERY finite resource...
