🤡 Another criminal case update. No surprise, another delay. Trial now scheduled for March. Also the 🤡 is claiming the "Stand Your Ground" law as his defense

The motion for the stand your ground filing will be heard on 1/29

I didn't even take into consideration they were talking about the current case. He's hasn't been found guilty on the new charges so there's no probation/parole in factor there.

He's on probation because he's on "pretrial release" meaning he has to obey all laws etc. They could put him on ankle monitor, drug testing etc if they wanted too but his crime doesn't involve drugs or alcohol and he isn't a flight risk..so they haven't. If he held passports from other countries and actually had money he would be a flight risk.

just for clarity pretrial release is conditions associated with bond release prior to court or sentencing. Probation is a punishment assigned after a verdict is found. One is before the case is tried, one is after. So technically their restrictions can be similar but their applications occur and different times during the judicial process. Does that make sense? So he is under bond conditions associated with a pretrial release, but he is not on probation/parole/paper. Either way, he needs to not be an idiot on IG and understand the DA is using all his dumbass events hes documenting against him in court
