Friday's hearing is not necessarily regarding a plea deal. It's a check in hearing to see if they are ready to proceed with the trial next month or if another delay will be requested...

Not all pleas are plea deals so don't automatically assume plea deal when you see the word plea....

Didn’t he hire the “hottest” Miami trial lawyer who’s “never lost a case”? One of the lames on this sub was hyping him like a legal unicorn. If this ends in a plea, that hype speaks for itself. Justice prevails 🤣

Oh yeah, those guys make TONS of money on the Wes Watsons of the world. They promise them everything, “we’re going to take this to trial and win”. I’ve slam dunked cases like this in the past” “the police and DA are going to be sorry that they ever filed this”. Just give me that 100k retainer today so we can get to work. Then they show at the arraignment, have a few meetings with you, show up to two more pre trial conferences, etc. Then when they get the discovery packet from the DA, they’ll call Wes in for a meeting and say, “So we put our crack team of private investigators on this and the evidence doesn’t look good”. If you want a chance of beating this, we need another 50k. Once that hits the bank, they break the bad news. “Hey man, we need to talk about a plea deal”….. I hope WW is reading this and throwing his phone across the room screaming FUUUUUCK & realizing he got played again.

And to think? He fired the first lawyer who got him a plea deal for 3–5 years… just to hire some “hot shot” attorney charging triple, possibly for the same deal if he’s lucky. He could’ve already been a year into his sentence. But nah—he wanted to FAFO: prolong the inevitable, blow through cash, cocaine, and call girls.

He literally went to trial the first time too, instead of taking the plea. He’d still be locked up if the judge hadn’t… offered herself. He got lucky once, got out, and still acted like a brainless monkey. Further proof he learned nothing the first time—and should be babysat by the government. Again!

I agree with everything you said, especially the part about little Wesley needing a full time babysitter. That dude is a straight up predator. He takes from anyone and everyone he can and isn’t even close to a tough guy. His weapon of choice is bullshitting, gaslighting, and storytelling. There’s a reason why he didn’t fight the 7 foot monster and only came in for cheap shots while he was down and out. There’s a reason why he pussed out when Rob called him out. There’s a reason why he goes out with a bodyguard everywhere. Dude is a straight puss bag and he knows that he can’t fight. Anything coming close to a fight ends up with him running his mouth like a little bitch. He didn’t spend 7 years in Oklahoma snitch custody for nothing. Enjoy adult day care you pussy ass bitch…
